Personal Life :

Aditi Sarangdhar was born and brought up in Kalyan near Mumbai, and was a student of the Ruia College in Matunga, Mumbai. She studied Philosophy & was active in Ekankikas at the college level.

Her family included her parents – father Deepak Sarangdhar is a doctor and mother, Shaila Sarangdhar. She also has two sisters.

Besides her work, Aditi is a good chef and can cook both Marathi & international dishes. She adores actresses Smita Patil (also her idol), Madhuri Dixit, and Julia Roberts.

In 2018, she completed a semi-marathon (21km) in 2 hours.

Aditi was first noticed for her strong portrayal of Advocate Rama Choudhary in Zee Marathi’s Vaadalvaat. Before that, she had acted in a lot of Marathi nataks. She tried her hand at comedy in the 3rd Season of Fu Bai Fu.

The movie ‘Akalpit’ in 2004 was her debut film.
